Kimberly Ryan Unveils Strategic HR Initiatives to Drive Business Transformation and Digital Innovation

Kimberly Ryan has announced two groundbreaking HR initiatives aimed at redefining the role of human resources in driving business transformation and digital innovation.

In a statement released on Sunday, the company revealed it is setting a new standard in workforce transformation through a Virtual HR Roundtable and a flagship Strategic HR Leadership Programme , both designed to position HR as a core driver of strategic growth.

The Virtual HR Roundtable , scheduled for May 29, 2025 , will focus on the theme ‘The Role of HR in Business Transformation & Digitalisation.’ The session will feature influential voices shaping the future of HR, including Gbenga Odetunde , Deputy Registrar of CIPM, who will deliver the keynote address. Other panellists include Temitope Olusesan-Biala (Punch Nigeria Ltd), Vivian Agunabor (Kimberly Ryan Limited), Oluseye Komolafe (United Capital Plc), and Emmanuel Abegunde (Jackson, Etti & Edu).

Moderated by Adewole Fasina , Head of Outsourcing & L&D at Kimberly Ryan Limited, the roundtable will explore how digitalisation, data, and leadership agility are transforming HR functions across Africa and globally.
