Junior Chamber International Nigeria (JCI Nigeria) has announced the opening of nominations for the 2025 edition of its prestigious Ten Outstanding Young Persons (TOYP) Award.
This annual award recognizes 10 exceptional young individuals between the ages of 18 and 40 who exemplify leadership, entrepreneurial spirit, and a commitment to positive social impact.
Nominations for the 2025 TOYP Award are open from December 2024 to February 2025 and can be submitted through the JCI Nigeria website. A panel of judges will review the nominations and select the Top 30 nominees, which will be confirmed by audit partners by March 2025.
The TOYP Award recognizes individuals who have made significant contributions in various fields, including business, economics, politics, academics, culture, humanitarianism, science, and technology.
Past Nigerian recipients of the global JCI TOYP Award include Ray Ekpu (1988), Dr. Modupe Osho (1996), Dr. Ola Orekunrin (2013), Imrana Buba (2017), Adepeju Opeyemi Jaiyeoba (2017), Jacinta Uramah (2018), and Temie Giwa-Tubosun (2021).
JCI Nigeria encourages all Nigerians to nominate deserving young individuals who are making a positive impact on their communities and the nation.
