HP Inc. has unveiled a series of advancements in its workforce solutions division aimed at helping companies achieve growth by delivering more personalized and fulfilling experiences for employees.
One of the key offerings is the expanded access to HP’s Workforce Experience Platform, which provides IT managers with enhanced tools, data, and insights to ensure employees remain connected and productive.
For customers who prefer HP to manage their IT environment, the company has introduced advanced monitoring solutions and global availability of its Managed Collaboration Services, which proactively resolve incidents before they impact employees.
Dave Shull, President of HP Workforce Solutions, emphasized the significance of AI and flexible work in today’s business landscape. He stated that HP’s Future-Ready portfolio of software and solutions helps guide companies through this shift, enabling them to improve employee productivity and fulfillment.
The Workforce Experience Platform, which has been in private beta for three months with over 270,000 devices enrolled, is now available at no extra cost to new or renewing HP Proactive Insights customers in the United States.
The platform offers new features that allow customers to monitor, secure, and manage printer performance, as well as PCs, at scale. These features include AI-powered fleet management and employee sentiment analysis, which help reduce IT support tickets and employee downtime through proactive anomaly detection and recommendations.
HP has also introduced a new out-of-band remediation service, the first of its kind, which allows for remote support for more complex PC issues, even if the device is unable to boot. This service, available later this year in North America and the EU, is designed to address the needs of hybrid workers who expect the same level of support remotely as they would receive in an office.
HP’s commitment to providing innovative workforce solutions demonstrates its dedication to helping companies create positive and productive work environments for their employees.
