FirstBank has assured its customers that the upcoming system upgrade, scheduled for October 26th to November 3rd, 2024, will not disrupt their banking services. The bank clarified that the migration, which involves transitioning to a new cloud-based procurement and financial platform, will primarily impact its suppliers and will not affect customer transactions or access to banking channels.
